  Very dissapointed , will never shop at thisstore again, after large purchase, no welcome gift was given. Seems they receive gifts that they suppose to give out to customers who spent on 100K+ watch, but staff just takes those gifts themselves its 100% I don’t recommend Bucherer, saved my friends time as well! You buy 80000$ watch they give you pen. But duffle bags and other accesories which are more expensive they hide! Shame on their staff and Bucherer itself

  i went to the rolex store the other day and it was the disgusting thing I have ever seen in my life I wanted to ask some questions about a watch and the guy didnt even look at me then when I finally got his attention he tells me he doesnt have any watches and says it takes years to get a rolex absolutely disgusting what this guy did his exact words were “It is impossible to get a rolex”

  I had an amazing experience working with Janny at the Rolex boutique in Roosevelt Field Mall. From the moment I walked in, she was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She really took the time to understand what I was looking for and made the whole process feel special rather than transactional. Most importantly, she truly made it happen for me during a very special milestone, which meant a lot. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and wants them to leave happy. I would absolutely recommend asking for her.

  After the closing of the Walt Whitman store, this is the closest Bucherer location. I would love to give this store 5 stars because the service provided by Sonia, Kristina, Matthew and Ed the general manager are fantastic, I knew them from the Walt Whitman store, there are few sales people that are friendly but I do not recall their names at the moment. Brenda the service manager is delightful when she remembers me. Being a transplant client I have found the some of the staff to be a little more distant and I cannot help seeing a degree of turnover in the store that makes establishing long standing relationships with them a little more difficult. Regarding availability of pieces, this is a one stop shop for haute horology on Long Island. The only missing brands would be OMEGA and Patek, but there are sufficient pieces to burn your money here. Regarding Rolex, the availability of pieces at retail for this location is better than other boutiques in the area but you still have to wait for the more desired models. The boutique and mall are very safe during the daylight hours. I frequent this mall regularly since 2020 without incident. All in all I recommend this location for selection and availability, service is acceptable for the most part but if you were a client of the Walt Whitman location, you will miss the more intimate local feel.
