  Throw this whole staff n location away. The workers act like they don’t wanna be there , the prejudice and racism is loudddddd soon as u enter the store. Associates don’t even greet u, ask if u need assistance or anything. Maybe they think they are alo models with their free clothes allotted for working there, like pls! Very judgmental stares and so unwelcoming. Next time I’ll ensure to get names and put everyone on blast. Cause ppl come here to spend money not feel unwelcome.

  Nice clothes and all but this Alo location is always chaotic. It could definitely benefit from a floor plan reconfiguration and/or a bigger store footprint. Employees seem nice but are definitely stressed out from how busy this location always seems to be.

  Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I purchased a pair of trousers online and went into the store simply to exchange them for a different color SAME exact item, just a different shade. Instead of handling a basic, reasonable request, I was told I had to pay an additional $60 because the item was no longer on sale. That is completely absurd. The manager, Ethan, was dismissive and unwilling to use any common sense or offer a reasonable solution. This felt less like a policy issue and more like a lack of judgment and customer care. What makes this even worse is that the very next day, I went to the Walt Whitman Mall location and completed the exact same exchange with zero issues. No extra charge, no hassle—just normal, competent customer service. So clearly, this is not about “policy” it’s about poor training and inconsistency. Customers should not have to go to a different location just to be treated fairly. Do better. Train your staff properly and stop making loyal customers jump through hoops for something this simple.
