  Did I walk into an Aerie or a funeral home?? Came in with my two babies, one in the stroller and a newborn strapped to my chest. Asked for a changing room and the girl told me she's "not allowed" to offer me the handicap changing stall because it has to remain accessible at all times... at 10:30am? On a Thursday? For ONE sweatshirt?? So I had to BALANCE my newborn on the small round stool while propping the door open with my leg so it wouldn't crush my 2y/o arm and change with the door open because the stroller was too long to fit inside. Upon checkout I was treated like a moron for asking very simple, common questions and all the while through the entire experience in the store, no one said hello, no one offered help... just side glances and glares from every angle. I left feeling like they thought I was going to steal something or like I was broadcasting a giant middle finger on my for head.

  I visited the store on 2026Feb20 and Gillie was beyond helpful! After she helped me, I left purchasing several items. 10/10 I would definitely come back again! 👍👍👍
