  I had a very bad experience with this store. I placed an order to surprise my son for his birthday, and they never sent it. I ordered through Uber Eats, and five different drivers came to pick it up, but the order was never ready. The store closed without sending my order. They also never canceled the order and still received my payment. I would like someone from this store to contact me. I felt very disappointed and sad because I let my son down and he didn’t get his surprise gift because I trusted them. Uber Eats only canceled my order three hours later.

  I received birthday flowers that arrived mostly dead. I wanted them to refund the sender but they told me "they all look like that, you have to put them in water and they will perk up." I put them in water and they only got worse. The only salvagable flowers are 3 carnations. I understand problems can happen with perishable goods but the fact that the store completely dismissed my concerns is what made me upset. Buyer beware.

  Stopped in for two fruit arrangements for our neighbors and the young lady did a great job with the arrangements. Based on the reviews from my neighborhoods, the fruits were sweet and fresh (that was the idea). The store itself was clean and inviting. We had some shakes while we waited. I probably would have liked tables/chairs on the inside while we waited, nevertheless with COVID, waiting outside was ok.
