Stopped in today May 15th for the first time. And the last time. Have grown up in the retail business, I will never understand why certain sales people go into retail. This store had the worst sales staff i have ever encountered. Uninviting, unhelpful and spent their time chatting to each other. For a great company with a great product and for me being a loyal customer, this staff does Lululemon a complete disservice

I was there earlier today and purchased a couple of items. One of them was a Define jacket that had a sticker price of $99 but there was a sign posted that said “Define jackets - $65”. When I got to the register, it rang up as $99 so I had to ask about the sign before they adjusted the price. Like why did I need to do that with the technology in place? After I went home, I noticed that the alarm was still on the Define jacket. I briefly toyed with the idea of trying to get it off myself with the 2 forks trick but didn’t want to risk ripping the fabric. Ultimately I had to drive back to have it removed which was super annoying like I had nothing better to do. In general, I think there needs to be better training for the workers there.
