Stopped in today May 15th for the first time.
And the last time. Have grown up in the retail business, I will never understand why certain sales people go into retail. This store had the worst sales staff i have ever encountered. Uninviting, unhelpful and spent their time chatting to each other. For a great company with a great product and for me being a loyal customer, this staff does Lululemon a complete disservice

Hit or Miss found a define jackets in size 12. Went back today didn't find anything.
I was there earlier today and purchased a couple of items. One of them was a Define jacket that had a sticker price of $99 but there was a sign posted that said “Define jackets - $65”. When I got to the register, it rang up as $99 so I had to ask about the sign before they adjusted the price. Like why did I need to do that with the technology in place? After I went home, I noticed that the alarm was still on the Define jacket. I briefly toyed with the idea of trying to get it off myself with the 2 forks trick but didn’t want to risk ripping the fabric. Ultimately I had to drive back to have it removed which was super annoying like I had nothing better to do. In general, I think there needs to be better training for the workers there.
I give it 4 stars because for sports bras there are very few options for 14, no 16 and most all were very light in the fit, if you are above D, good luck getting them to hold you in. Otherwise, the store is great, I found so many items, from 25 inch leggings, to the softest tank tops, $9 amazing water bottle and socks. Selection is wonderful, from jackets, to pants to sweaters to leggings, shirts and bras. Now the hats were on sale, many running belts, socks, men's shirts.

I recently visited the Lululemon outlet and had a disappointing experience. We purchased a shirt that ended up being too large, and when we returned to either exchange it or get a refund, we were told that all sales are final.
The issue is not the policy itself it’s the lack of transparency. There were no visible signs in the store indicating that all sales are final, and this was never mentioned by the sales associate at the time of purchase.
Customers deserve to know the rules before they buy, not after. A simple heads-up or clear signage would have made all the difference.
I hope management takes this seriously and puts proper signs in place moving forward. Transparency builds trust, and trust is what keeps customers coming back.
