  Was met by Christopher as my son an I entered the store. He helped my son from measurements to recommendations for his first professional position. He made the experience seamless and enjoyable. We went on a weekday morning so the traffic was light so we had his full attention. He stated that on weekends can be hectic. I highly recommend this store, and ask for Christopher as your saleman.

  Very poor customer service. I called the store for assistance and spoke with Emily. When I asked to speak with a manager regarding my concerns, she stated that she was the manager. Unfortunately, my issue was not addressed, and the interaction left me feeling frustrated and disappointed with the level of customer service provided

  The Belmont store is a great place to shop. Outlet prices with high end service. I’ve visited several times enjoying a wonderful experience. Most recently I placed an order and was assisted to modify it to maximize savings. Highly recommend
