- BCBrenton CampbellAug 28, 20261.0This is for the store and the website… extremely disappointed after checking the reviews and knowing of my own personal experiences can’t say I’m surprised though… website is misleading i was going to order a 500s&w magnum Taurus raging hunter because the pictures taken made it look ascetically pleasing… come to find it the pictures they used on the website are of a 44 so they are spread false information on that front but to move on from the website to the customer service i had went there the previous year looking for muzzleloader supplies “bullets and caps” waited just as the rest of the fine folks for the people behind the counter to get done talking just for them to say “I don’t know maybe check this isle” and wouldn’t even bother helping me by showing me the isle or anything just hid behind that counter fast forward a couple months I had bought a 45 single action revolver from them… not only did it take hours to process but the older guy behind the counter was not only rude but was trying to force a protection plan down my throat when I stated several times that I did not need nor want it… each time he tried to make an excuse about why I would need it or questioned my credibility to repairing my own firearms I understand there goal to sell but one time is enough…
