  Took a large tj maxx reuseable bag here yesterday. It was an hour wait for them to “sort” , but I was the first person to drop my bag off that morning as I got there right when they opened. When I returned they only purchased one item which was on the very top on my bag. When I got home and started emptying the bag I could tell they didn’t go through my bag of clothes. Just took the one item off the top of it. I know how i had folded and packed the bag, and everything in my bag was untouched and still in the order and properly folded way I had put it in there. If you aren’t buying maybe you should just say that. Instead of making me wait an hour after being the first drop off to only give me $3 for one item and not sort through any of my other things.

  Brought in about 100 clothing items. They declined many in season like new condition clothes, which is fine. But, they told me they are not buying SHEIN. Interestingly, the items they DID buy were SHEIN… and frustratingly, I had like-new tennis sets. They bought the skirts and left the tops. So now I have 1/2 of tennis sets. And people can only buy the bottom half. Make that make sense. They rejected excellent condition trendy name brand clothing like Nike, Calvin Klein, Free People, FIGS, Madewell, and Billa Bong… to buy crappy second hand SHEIN, and then told me they don’t buy SHEIN after buying SHEIN belts, purses, and pants. It was just a weird experience and the only reason I’m writing a bad review is because they separated my tennis sets which I didn’t know until I got home so now I can’t even list them on depop.

  I brought clothes in this past Saturday, I was told it would be about 15 minutes. While my friend and I were browsing the tank tops, I watched one the employees take the box I brought the clothes in and spin them in a circle, screwing around with their co-workers. We waited about 45 mins and two of the workers were standing behind the rack by counter while one girl was checking people out. There were two people in line in front of us, and they refused to acknowledge us or at least bring the clothes over for pickup. One of them ended up coming over and my friend and I left after. I come to this location every couple weeks, I’ve always had a good experience here and I’ve never had an experience like this. Usually staff is nice and communicative.
