We asked her for some Ralph Lauren Sunglasses for my wife and she showed us several styles! We finally... after her honest opinion, settled on a nice Dolce Gabana frame that went well with the size of my wife's face. We are blessed to have had Divya help us picking out the best frame for my wife! Divya is definately an asset to your company and we look forward to seeing her again for our next purchase!

- SNshreeeti neupaneMar 9, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the Sunglass Hut inside Macy’s. My mom purchased about $600 worth Prada sunglasses along with the sun love insurance. Shortly after purchasing, she realized the frames didn’t suit her face, so I returned to the store to return them for her. The associates insisted there was a scratch on the lenses, even though the glasses had never been worn and I could not see any scratch at all. Multiple employees, along with the manager, claimed they saw one and refused the return. It honestly felt like they were trying to avoid processing it. Customers should be able to make a return without having to deal with unnecessary complications. I then took the same glasses to another Sunglass Hut location, where five different associates inspected them and confirmed there was no scratch. Very disappointed with the service at this location.
