- SGSonam GurungSep 15, 20261.0Very disappointing customer service. I was purchasing around $150 worth of items, but one sweater had no price tag. I patiently waited while the cashier tried to find the price, but she seemed to put very little effort into helping. I eventually suggested calling a manager. The manager came and told her to charge $21 for the sweater. After the manager left, the cashier suddenly told me it was $64. When I questioned the price, instead of double-checking, she rudely responded, “Didn’t you hear what she said?” I called the manager back myself, and she confirmed the price was actually $21. Mistakes happen, but the attitude was unnecessary. I was patient the entire time and simply asked a reasonable question. Neither the cashier nor the manager apologized. I ended up returning my entire purchase because I don’t want to support a business where customers are treated with this kind of attitude.
- MMMaya MoltisantiAug 27, 20265.0i love love love Jcpenney and coming here and being a regular customer even if im there to just be with a friend there or use the restroom or browse the shelves and clothing and bedding and walk around , i just Love This store so much. The employees are very nice and accomodating and not nasty or pushy. I always have a great time being here and i hope this store never closes 🥰.
- TTTarnishedLoveAug 21, 20264.0Very clean store , but some staff have been super unprofessional. I’ve spent over $500 dollars, I know , not a great amount. I was still treated like trash by some of the staff. They act like zombies , not even putting any care into their job.
- SKStephan Masters (Kingsteph)Aug 13, 20265.0Very quite store peaceful and organized the cashiers always ring me up without a problem.
- AFAnna FAug 6, 20261.0Why is this store so hot? It is unbearable and unhealthy to be shopping in that kind of environment. Also, why is the music so loud and annoying??? Are you closing this location any time soon?
