  I visited this store to exchange an item and had a very disappointing experience. I went to two different registers, and both employees were rude and unprofessional. Instead of simply explaining the exchange policy respectfully, they spoke to me with attitude and made comments as if I was supposed to already know they “don’t do exchanges at the register.” Both associates said they would “do it this time but not again,” which felt unnecessary and disrespectful. There’s a professional way to speak to customers, and this was not it. I understand stores have policies, but customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable or talked down to for asking for help. Very poor customer service experience overall.

  Horrible I went to pick up two watches and when I asked them to address the sizing, I was told that they didn’t have tools and they didn’t bring it with them today. I asked to come back a different day. They said we don’t remember if we’ll bring them or not. I asked the person who gave me the watches if he can ask anyone else in that department and he told me that I could ask myself. I was very upset with the service.

  you need to replace those old cashiers. quite some of them do not know how to operate on the payment system. be a customer yourself and experience it, see it yourself

  I had such an amazing experience at JCPenney Portraits at Queens Center for my son’s high school graduation pictures. Jenn was my photographer, and she went above and beyond from start to finish. The entire staff was extremely accommodating, patient, and genuinely fun to work with. My son’s high school offered the same basic senior poses over and over again. But my son goes to Food and Finance High School, and I wanted photos that truly captured HIM and his journey. I’m a senior parent, so baby… we were coming for THE graduation picture. Aaa-aaa-aaa… whamp whamp! The school pictures? Trash. I knew we needed better. So I decided to take him to JCPenney at Queens Center Mall — and honestly, it turned into a full-circle moment. His father and I brought him there as a little boy, and now here we were taking his high school graduation pictures before he heads off to SUNY Cobleskill. That really hit me emotionally. My son came READY. Cap and gown, chef jacket, apron, knives — everything. He was ready for the click-click! Jenn understood the assignment immediately. She and Carver had such a fun vibe during the entire session, and it made the experience feel personal instead of stiff and awkward. I also want to shout out the woman who helped us review the photos afterward. I forgot her name, but she was so patient with me while I learned to turn off my “helicopter mom” mode. She really helped make the process smooth and enjoyable. And the pictures? PERFECT. Absolutely worth every penny. We spent a little over $200 and got 32 different poses and looks — compared to the same repeated pose package the school offered for almost the same price. I will definitely be back for softball pictures and future family photos. Thank you Jenn and your partner for such a dope experience. You made this milestone memory special for our family.
