  I went in for the first time yesterday, I always go to Roosevelt Field, Mall or Greenacres Mall. By Far Queen Center Mall American Eagle has the most variety of clothes and so many sizes. The staff was so friendly. Amanda and another staff member, they were so helpful with my niece. Thank you for making our experience amazing. Will be coming here from now on.

  I had an issue with item that was part of an online order that was shipped to the Store. I spoke to a wonderful Manager by the Name of Gwen who came to my immediate assistance. Today May 31,2026 I visited the Store such a pleasure interacting with her amongst other Store Managers I’ve dealt with. She assisted me the best way to process my return which resulted in a good outcome. Thank you to the other Team Members at the Store was were a tremendous help and even offer for me to try on a different merchandise at the Store. However, due to my height it is very hard to purchase stuff in store. I hope that Corporate sees this and gives the credit that is well deserved. Please start putting items for Women over 5’9” in the Stores as well it is a huge help to those who need it.

  The male employee in the fitting room exhibited extremely rude behavior. He inquired about my satisfaction with the clothing, but I had not yet finished speaking when he abruptly left. This incident left me deeply offended, as I have never encountered such unprofessionalism during my extensive shopping experience. Over the past several decades, I have been a loyal customer of American Eagle, particularly their jeans. However, I have noticed a significant change in their product offerings. The high-rise jeans that I have always favored have been replaced with low-rise jeans. This alteration has caused me considerable shock and disappointment. I strongly urge American Eagle to revert to their original high-rise jeans design.

  I'm not sure why I don't see my review I posted yesterday! I wanted to give American Eagle NO STARS! My daughter purchased a pair of jeans recently, and there was MENSTRUAL BLOOD IN THE CROTCH! My daughter was traumatized, she cried for almost two days! We went back to the store to speak to a manager, no manager was available, so, we explained to the representative the nature of our visit, the 1st thing she asked me is do you have a receipt? The same scenario was the same at all three visits, I was asked by three representative the very same thing "Do you have a receipt?", no, I'm so sorry that happened to you, no empathy, NO NOTHING, from three females!!! I finally gave them my contact information, to which someone called me from corporate, who was willing to give me a gift card for the price of the jeans, no refund! I was given the gift card, however, no refunds was given (Which I thought was part of the compensation.), therefore, I kindly gave them back their gift card, because, my daughter just wanted her money back, to put this whole episode behind her! *BUY/ OR TRY ON AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! WHAT DO YOU THINK, AND, WHAT YOU DO??? I DON'T WANT TO INCLUDE A PHOTO, IT'S GROSS!!!

  The store itself is great—clean, organized, and has a really nice selection. Unfortunately, my experience in the fitting room completely changed my impression. The older woman working there was very unprofessional. She allowed other customers to go ahead of me, gave attitude when I asked for assistance, and then spoke about me in Spanish, assuming I wouldn’t understand. I did—and it was extremely disrespectful. What made it worse was hearing her openly talk about other customers’ bodies in Spanish, calling them “fat” and saying the clothes didn’t look good on them. I also witnessed her arguing with another customer during my visit. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. Everyone deserves to feel comfortable and respected while shopping. I hope management addresses this, because the store itself has a lot of potential, but the fitting room experience was very disappointing.
