  Very Disappointing Experience- Misleading Pricing I had a very disappointing experience at this store and felt that the pricing information was handled unfairly. I purchased two hoodies, each marked at $39.99, and there was a clearly visible promotion stating that the second hoodie was 50% off. My wife and I both saw the promotional sticker before taking the items to the cashier. However, when we reached the register, the cashier initially told me that the total was $99. I questioned the amount and explained that one hoodie was $39.99 and the second should have been 50% off. After speaking with another employee, she told me the total would be $79.98. I again asked about the advertised 50% discount on the second hoodie. The cashier called the same employee over, and when I went back to show them the promotion, the price signage and 50% off sticker had already been removed. The employee then argued that there had never been a 50% discount advertised on that item, despite the fact that both my wife and I had clearly seen the promotion before purchasing. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. Customers should be able to trust the prices and promotions displayed in a store. I strongly recommend checking your receipt carefully before leaving this store and making sure that all advertised discounts have actually been applied. I hope the management looks into this incident and ensures that promotional pricing is clearly and honestly honored in the future.

  Want to seriously say thank you to Maria in Aerie. I had literally walked out of three different stores because I was so frustrated over not getting any help on what I was looking for, and she was so incredibly kind and helpful. I found exactly what I was looking for because she was so knowledgeable. Thank you again.

  I had a terrible experience at this story today. My niece and I were looking at apparel, when a darker skin male employee kept following us around. It was extremely noticeable as it was during the morning hours, and there were only a hand full of people at the store. He was only focused on following us in addition to my niece. I truly hope that management along with employees, can learn how to treat all paying customers with respect rather profiling individuals based on their own judgmental bias or racism.
