  We continue to have the best experiences with East Islip Jewelers, especially working with Vanessa! She helped us create my custom engagement ring and wedding band, and both pieces turned out absolutely beautiful. Vanessa was so patient, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process, and she truly took the time to understand exactly what I envisioned. She has also helped us with necklaces, cleanings, and other jewelry, and every experience has been just as wonderful. We feel so lucky to have found someone we can trust with such meaningful pieces. I cannot recommend Vanessa and her team highly enough!

  I had a wonderful experience at East Islip jewelry store. Vanessa who helped me was incredibly kind, patient, and acknowledge. She took her time guiding me through which pieces to have made, and which jewelry I was considering, breaking apart and selling, never making me feel rushed. She also understood that I was nervous about leaving my ring for an appraisal so she kindly did the appraisal while I sat there. That meant so much to me. I truly appreciated her patience, expertise, and understanding she made the entire experience comfortable and easy and I would definitely recommend this store!

  I brought in a watch that we gave to my grandson. It needed repairs to fit his wrist. The jeweler was friendly and told me to come back the next day. When I returned 24 hrs later no one had looked at it. Then he told me it was a wind up watch so it didn’t need a battery. I was in a hurry so I paid my bill and when I got home I realized I was chgd $22 for a battery. I brought the receipt in and since I didn’t have the watch with me they refused to refund the chg. Of $22. I sent my daughter back with the watch & receipt because I’ve never felt so disrespected in a store. I have at least 6 more watches to repair some of which are Rolex, but they will never get my business again.

  I’ve been selling gold and silver to east Islip jewelers and just in general for awhile now, today I really got surprised when I came in with a bracelet with natural rubies and a ring both 10k gold not a whole lot of value but I got some quotes from other local jewelers just to see and no one even comes close at all, just down the road I got offered literally half of what east Islip jewelers gave me, hands down best place to sell your unwanted gold n silver!
