- DDDomOct 7, 20261.0Good quality products But the service in this shop is not professional at all. I spent $500 in that shop and did not get any receipt. I was not able to use my Lululemon costumer card. I will not recommend that shop to anyone
- ADAlex DMay 13, 20265.0I thought about making another account just to give you another 5 stars. Whoever your manager is running this place is beyond phenomenal. I came in hot after being on the road for 2 hours and desperately needed some clothes and hospitality. She knocked it out of the park - this was 5/12 in the afternoon. Maybe this is typical Hamptons etiquette but I’ll always be thankful for this!

Went to this location, however, and feel like the employees don’t stick to the store’s policy. I wanted to return some boxers I bought as a gift for someone because I bought the wrong size (that someone did not wear them - they were in their original packaging, untouched) and was told I couldn’t return them. While the employee made it seem like it was so obvious undergarments cannot be returned, I shop at Aerie for myself and they have no issue accepting returns so long as the underwear is unworn and tags are still attached. Being an understanding person, I took it as a sanitary issue and left. But then out of curiosity I looked at Lululemon’s FAQ page which only lists masks and “we made too much” items as final sale, and all other items can be returned so long as in its original packaging and unwashed. My receipt also didn’t mention anything about boxers being final sale. These were bought at full price… Now it was just a waste of my time to drive all the way to this location to be misinformed? Or maybe this store makes its own rules? I’ll stick to shopping online.
