As soon as I walked in, everyone greeted me warmly, including the associates on the floor. I came in for a return, and the associate helping me was friendly, professional, and easy to talk to. We even had a quick pleasant conversation while she processed everything. She also checked for a size I needed and came back to update me that they were still looking for it, which I appreciated. Overall, the customer service was welcoming and attentive, and it completely changed my expectations. I will definitely be back!
