- SRSusan Joy ReddingFeb 18, 20261.0They steal cell phones...the managers saw me struggling and watched my daughter search for her phone. Called it, walked around. They were looking at me while doing this. It seemed like they picked it up where she left it and absolutely had no intentions of asking anyone in the store. I trace her phone myself and it pointed to the employees office. I asked someone to look and they said it is locked up at the counter. We were in there for 30 minutes. I wanted to drop everything but that would have ruined my day with my daughter. I wouldn't be surprised if they do this often. Never going back. Why are people like this.

- KCKiana CruzNov 27, 20251.0Had a really rude encounter on Tuesday at the aerie here. I wanted to try on a pair of leggings so I went to the fitting room and saw there was people there. I went to go ask the girls if one of them could open up a room and one of them responded in a very rude tone “you have to go to American eagle to try them on”. That would have been fine, however it was the way it was said that made me upset. I’ve been to this aerie before and I’ve tried on at AE I don’t mind it as I’ve worked in retail and know how tedious it can be sometimes. However they were also rude to friends of mine who wanted to check out and asked if a register was open. They ended up whispering about my friend not being able to wait right in front of her. This experience has put me off from this specific store. Try to be a bit kinder…
