My Gym is a children's fitness center with classes for children ages 4 months to 10 years. With 5 locations in Long Island, we offer Mommy & Me (parent & me), gymnastics, ninja, open play, preschool prep, special events, and the best birthday parties around! We pride ourselves in maintaining an environment that is inclusive, clean, nurturing, and FUN! Classes combine developmentally-appropriate skills, socialization, challenging games, free play, fine and gross motor skills, confidence building, and more...all set to great music! Our gym layout and class curriculum changes weekly, but our format and incredible teachers remain consistent! All birthday parties are custom designed for each child, and include exclusive use of our whole gym.
