  Unfortunately, my experience with this location was extremely disappointing due to poor communication and customer service. I placed a company gift order and paid an additional fee for same-day delivery. After calling the store numerous times and speaking with a representative throughout the day, the order was not delivered until late afternoon the following day. Even then, the store could not guarantee that it would actually be delivered that day. Each time I called, I was given different explanations as to what was happening with the order, many of which did not add up. When the arrangement was finally delivered, the recipient mentioned that a young child was the one who delivered it, which was surprising to hear. On top of that, the order included two items, but only one was delivered. Trying to receive a refund for the missing item became another unnecessary process. I was told the store manager needed to approve the refund but was unavailable to do so at the time, ultimately requiring me to contact higher-level customer service just to resolve the issue. Overall, it was a struggle from start to finish to get this delivery completed, and after all of that, the order still was not fulfilled correctly. This location, Store 184, also happens to be my local Edible Arrangements store, which makes the experience even more frustrating and disappointing. After this experience, I will not place another order if it is being fulfilled by this location, and I would caution others about ordering from this store as well. For a company that offers and charges for same-day delivery, there should be much better communication, accountability, and customer service when that commitment cannot be met.

  Don’t order from the commack store. I received chocolate covered strawberries for Mother’s Day. They were horrible. Some were white, Others moldy. I called and got the run around. Sending pictures to them and corporate. Nothing was done. I have ordered and received many gifts from different stores and they were perfect.

  What a horrible outcome. I placed a delivery for my dad on Friday 6/19 for Father's Day. I am out of state. I called the location when I placed the order to confirm. They confirmed they received the order. I called Father's Day morning 10am to follow up on the delivery. They answered said they were still in production assembling the arrangements and arrangements were not set to be delivered to start until 1pm. What place is still arranging their deliveries at 10am? My father received his arrangement after everyone left his house and it did not even look like the picture. He had family at the house during lunch they barbecued and cooked and it was delivered at the end of the night at 8:15pm while he was getting ready for bed. On top of it arriving at night, I ordered the summer fruit basket with 3 foil balloons (I even called the store Friday morning to confirm the balloons that would be attached). The basket that was delivered late was not the product that I ordered. The Summer Fruit basket was supposed to have mangos and kiwi without chocolate. The basket that arrived did not have mangos or kiwis and had chocolate covered strawberries. I specifically did not order chocolate strawberries because he has a chocolate sensitivity. Additionally, the balloons did not match the product image that I ordered and called to confirm. My father sent me a pic to thank me but it was after all of our family had left. He called me the next day and told me the fruit was not ripe it was hard and sour tasting. I'm extremely disappointed and he asked that I never waste my money with this company again. I shared pictures to see the comparison of what was advertised from what my father received. The cost was $148.64 for this.

  Edible Arrangements on Commack Road is incredible. They made the most magnificent arrangement for our Staff Appreciation Luncheon today. Dolores came in extra early to make sure it was fresh and ready for me to pick up by 9am. The management/owner and staff are so lovely and a pleasure to work with. The fruit and chocolate were so beautiful and it was all gone by the end of the day. Thank you so much!
