The Carriage House Café and General Store functions as both a retail space and learning lab for our students, enhancing our ability to provide field training and experiential learning within our Business, Food Science, and Agricultural Management program. Inside the historic building, guests will find locally-made and farm-fresh products, including campus-produce (when in season), meats, dairy, dry goods, and more.
