I paid extra for delivery because it was being delivered 40 minutes from the store location. Never was delivered until 5:30 p.m. . I had called the store several times and was told at 1:00 p.m that it was picked up by a third party for delivery ( why isn’t this stated when taking the order)?so my order sat in someone’s car for 4 1/2 hours? I will never order again , absolutely the poorest customer service

The page rejected my credit card three times but the charges went thru on my credit card. I called and tried to get help and the person I spoke with could not understand anything I was saying. She claimed there was no order in the system. I then called my credit card and requested them not to pay the three charges. I will not purchase from them again. They got one star as I am forced to click on one to post this review
