Instead, I was forced to wait nearly 3 hours. No clear communication, no update, and no apology. If the store is busy, customers should be told the real waiting time, not a false promise. I planned my schedule based on what I was told and ended up wasting a big part of my day. Very disappointing experience, especially considering I spent my money here. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location.

However, the strings became noticeably loose after just one use. Upon inspecting the racket, I discovered that it was strung with four knots, which is highly unusual and raises concerns about the quality and professionalism of the stringing service. I have attached photos for your reference. What’s more troubling is that I was present during the stringing process, yet the staff failed to mention anything about this non-standard setup. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and does not reflect ethical business conduct. I intend to contact the store directly to address this issue and will be following up on any response or resolution provided.
