Creepy and unprofessional staff guy don’t knock or ask if anyone is using a fitting room but instead just slides the curtain open of the fitting room. Definitely fishy! My wife was changing but I was luckily standing outside and informed him before he tried open the curtain on her😡 really pissed me off(he did this trick on another room which a male was using and he did the same with all other ones - neither tries making a call nor check the floor to see any legs or shadow etc to confirm occupancy; creepily peeps in through gap first and directly slides the curtain open). I complained at the checkout about this but they did nothing, not even apologize for the unprofessional behavior, filthy people. someone will sue them soon!

I purchased both the racket and strings directly from this Wilson store and was told the stringing would take around 1 hour. Instead, I was forced to wait nearly 3 hours. No clear communication, no update, and no apology. If the store is busy, customers should be told the real waiting time, not a false promise. I planned my schedule based on what I was told and ended up wasting a big part of my day. Very disappointing experience, especially considering I spent my money here. I will not be returning and do not recommend this location.

This is a big beautiful Wilson outlet store. It is spacious, sections are clearly separated and a stunning fitting room area. They have apparel for men, women, mostly sportswear and some shoes. There are plenty of sports items available as well such as tennis rackets, pickleball paddle, basketball, tennis balls and golf clubs. Some items have discounts, some are in sale section and some are fully prices. There are multiple associates in the store assisting customers. We took our sweet time to try out different products and picked few to buy. The checkout was quick and easy.
