  This review is only for the store manager of this Woodbury store. I love the brand. The staff was nice and friendly. But when it came to manager Deena it's not even worth a 1 star. She turned our wonderful experience into a bitter one. She did nothing and came to the billing counter just to check us out and started showing us an attitude about the price of sunglasses. We confirmed the discount and she was like you want it or not and she was so possessive about paper bags and said she had none, even though charging five cents for a bag that we were ready to pay. When we called her out about her behavior she said I am the manager, you can complain wherever you want. It was clear that she wasn't in the mood to work. I suggest her to stay home instead of coming to ruin people’s day who are there at Woodbury for the whole purpose of shopping and to feel happy about it.

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Marc Jacobs outlet at Woodbury Common. The store manager, Denaa, was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Instead of making customers feel welcome, she spoke in a dismissive and discourteous manner that made the entire shopping experience unpleasant. A store manager should set the standard for customer service, lead by example, and treat every customer with respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. If someone in a leadership position cannot communicate respectfully or create a welcoming environment, they should not be responsible for running the store. The Rest of the staff was good I hope Marc Jacobs takes customer feedback seriously and addresses this issue, because no customer should be treated this way.

  The worst customer service!!! No greeting when walking in honestly I noticed they actually kinda avoided any interaction. Crazy enough I was coming to spend a good amount of money, I walked out and took my money to coach!
