  Not a welcoming environment. I get it that it's an Loewe outlet, but customer service should still be priority.

  Everyone in this store is so friendly and inviting. The other stores make you wait online and are fresh. Here the security guard opens the door for you, welcomes you, and will even help you pull items if the sales associates (who are so friendly and adorable) are busy. There’s always at least one really good item you’ll like and be thrilled to have found.

  A few months ago, I bought a hoodie from this store, and when I got home, I found it had no label. I reached out to customer service, but no one followed up. It’s really disappointing. The fold tote I had also had a lot wrinkles. Seems like the products are not brand new.
