During my visit, I observed a noticeable difference in how customers were treated. Black customers were greeted warmly and assisted promptly, while I, as an Asian customer, was completely ignored despite waiting nearby for assistance.
Being overlooked while others received attentive service made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Equal and consistent treatment should be standard for all customers, especially at a luxury brand.

I had such a great experience. I was getting help from one of the guys and then he just stopped helping me and then someone else helped me out to find my wallet. I’m so happy with it thank you so much and the price was really affordable. Had a great experience here would come again for sure.

I went to this store a few days after my bday to treat myself to something special. It was a few minutes before closing and I couldn’t make up my mind. Nonetheless, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Angelica was a consummate professional and went out of her way to help me make the perfect selection. She also helped me secure a bag from another location that was no longer in stock. Thanks again Angelica. Your service was exceptional and I look forward to shopping with you in the future.
