  Customer service is horrible. The person that checked us out at the registers keep moving to other registers and helping other employees at other registers. The staff seems unpleasant to serve us and most look like they don’t understand whatever is on their screens. The staff seems unaware of the long line and spent like 10 minutes on one customer

  American Eagle is always incredibly well organized, making it easy to browse. The staff is attentive and always around when you need help finding a size or style. All of the clearance items are kept neatly in the back of the store, and if you take the time to look, you can find some truly great deals. It has easily become one of my go to stores for my son, who is a high school student and loves their styles. Highly recommend stopping by this location!

  Customer service needs improvement. Alejandra, who checked us out, was rude and seemed unhappy to be working. When I asked her to re-enter my phone number because it wasn’t going through correctly, she got visibly annoyed and was short with me the rest of the transaction. She was serious, unfriendly, and made what should have been a quick checkout feel uncomfortable — especially given how much we spent that visit.
