  I only come out of my way to shop with Aaron!!! If I can give more than 5 stars I would. I can’t recommend him enough for a great shopping experience!!

  From the minute, we walked in we were greeted so warmly, especially by LUIS he answered all our questions so friendly so helpful. He was the best… helped my husband with his questions about certain styles

  Such a horrible experience I worked with Luis and he was all over the place. At times he made me feel very uncomfortable. Also the Store manager was no help whatsoever. Don’t work with Luis if you go to this location.

  Had a great experience at the louboutin store at Woodbury outlets. Staff (4 people) all greeted us upon entering. They were very friendly and helped with my shoe selection. We never felt rushed even though it took about 45 minutes to finally choose our shoes. Will definitely return in the near future!

  Unappealing experience at this location. Walked in and wasn’t greeted by a single employee (there were four on staff), despite being the only customer in the entire store. They continued their chatting and didn’t acknowledge that I had entered. To make matters worse, I was pretty obviously followed (it’s a very small store) by one overweight fellow in my brief visit of the store. The entire interaction unfortunately felt targeted, unless this is their lackluster approach with all customers. I will definitely never visit again. The store also has a dismal selection. I received far better experiences at many of the other stores at Woodbury that day, even with far more customers in store.
