  I used to love blick, until today. I have spent $$$ through the website. Apparently, I hd a back order of glaze on my order back in May 2026. It came back in stock and it was sent at the end of June. Then I started receiving weird emails that I owe 19.72 for the back order glaze that was delivered to my home. I first thought this is a scam, and fishing email. Bc why wouldn't they get the money, I paid through PayPal and received all my other glazes. I made another order at the end of June but that was not being mailed out. So I called the 800 number middle of July. The email was actually real, and somehow PayPal released the approval but then after blick sent it out, it got bounced back from PayPal. My debit card was compromised in June and I got a different card. So that was weird / but also made sense. The rep. Told me that koreena was the one handling the order in the credit dept. I was placed on hold then I was told she was on break and to leave her a VM. I did, I did not hear back that day. 2 days later koreena called me left a vm. I have had a busy summer, life went on. Today, I called again to get this fixed bc I need to order more stuff bc my acct is locked to buy anything until I pay 19.72. So just called Dolly answered told Me that I have to speak to koreena. It went to her vm and I left another message. I called back, dolly answered again told me that koreena is the only one that can take my payment. She must have left for the day. This review is not about koreena or dolly, it's about the way Blick handles these things. So I am customer spends thousands over the years, there is an issue of less than $20., I have called twice now to rectify it l, I want to give my money to them and absolutely NO ONE can take a payment other than koreena not even a manager can do this. I am going to have to order my supplies from another company. It's really poor way of handling these issues.

  The store had plenty of quality items and a helpful staff. There weren’t that many people working there, so I wasn’t sure if I’d get any help, but a friendly staff member quickly pointed out another, who answered all of my questions and gave me some extra advice. I would go back.
