- MBMichelle BauerAug 20, 20261.0I don't recommend Oakley when it comes to using the warranty on your prescription eyeglasses. The anti-reflective coating came off and Oakley at the Galleria Mall would not warranty them out even though they didn't know why the coating peeled off. Not great customer service. Follow up: I submitted my concern on the link and Oakley never reached out to me!
