I went to the store to do a return and two lovely ladies were so kind and helped me tremendously. The jeans I ordered were too small, but they didn’t have my size in store. I needed long, Eden found three sizes in the same style in regular as a reference. I tried them on. I didn’t like them because they were low wasted and the style was kind of stiff. I was in the dressing room and Jordan helped me find a different style that might fit me better and I loved them. I then went back up to check out and Eden helped me process my return and order the jeans I wanted in long online. I am so grateful and I really hope that these employees are recognized for being so attentive and kind hearted. They were extremely helpful. Please get this message to them!!

The worst customer service at this location. The associates were extremely rude and unhelpful. I’m a tourist, and this experience was very upsetting and disappointing. I expected much better customer service.
