  I attended to make a return here today around 11am. It was the first 80 plus degrees day here in Buffalo. I was a bit over dressed. I also just attempted to go to the American Eagle locations in the galleria but one is being remodeled in the temp location is not open. There was a problem and the young lady called the manager over. She then attempted to whisper why is she sweating. The young lady laughed. I’m 50 Perimenopause. And it was hot out. I will never return to this store. I don’t think anyone should be talked about like that especially by the manager on duty. Sad. And people wonder why American Eagle is losing customers.

  Took my two girls there to shop for school picture outfits. Two of the sales girls were the most kind and helpful girls I have ever met. They went above and beyond, you definitely do not find that anymore! Wonderful experience, thank you for being so kind and helpful!
