  Great location, the staff are super friendly. In particular the salesperson who assisted me, Frazier, was very helpful and friendly. I’ll be coming here rather than going into the city going forward.

  From the moment we walked in, there was one staff member who was cold, dismissive, and noticeably unfriendly. We felt more like an inconvenience than customers. Basic questions were met with attitude, and there was an overall sense that we were not welcome in the store. I can’t say for certain why we were treated this way, but the difference in treatment was noticeable enough that we left feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Whether it was how we were dressed, who we were, or simply a bad day for the staff, the customer service fell far below what I would expect from a business that wants people to return. I came in intending to support this store and left feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Hopefully management takes customer experience more seriously going forward.

  We bought a ton of stuff here, but trying to do a simple return was an absolute nightmare. First off, they refused to give us a refund and would only offer store credit. Fine, we weren’t going to make a scene about it. One of the items we just wanted to swap for a different size, so an employee went to the back to check for us. We stood there waiting for over half an hour. When we finally asked another staff member what was going on, it turns out the guy just went on his lunch break and didn't bother telling anyone he left us hanging. We had to start the whole process over with someone else, who told us the credit would be emailed to us. When we checked the email, they only processed the credit for two of the items and completely left off a pair of pants that cost almost $300! We literally had to go back to get them to fix it. This place feels like a total scam operation. I will never in my life recommend coming here.
