Beautiful, pristine studio with incredibly kind staff who carefully handled all of my art. The finished product is so beautiful, and just as we planned. Many many thanks to Marcella who helped with my framing and pickup, you are so kind and positive. Thank you all for making my experience so wonderful. 10/10. ❤️

Amazing experience. I wish I could get everything I own framed at Framebridge! They really took the time to make a custom piece for us and we are obsessed.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had in a store - period. I came in wanting to frame some mementos for my boyfriend as a surprise for his birthday, and Cassandra went above and beyond to translate my little project into something special. She was as invested in the outcome as I was, stayed with me an hour after closing (when she was well within her rights to tell me to come back the next day), didn’t rush me and guided me on every detail of the process from size, matting styles and colors, and even called out details I didn’t think to consider. The result exceeded my expectations. She even gave me a heads up that my order may take longer than the estimate because of what it was, and she was spot on. (Mine took 2 weeks instead of one) This was more than I have ever spent on a frame but still felt reasonable and well worth it for something personal, special, and elevated. The difference in quality and customer service speaks for itself. Beyond appreciative of Cassandra’s time and effort. I already plan to return to frame a few unusually sized art pieces.

Jonathan at the Williamsburg Framebridge is an absolute star! Designing custom frames for our organization’s studio HQ felt daunting, but Jonathan turned it into such an incredible experience. He spent two hours with us, walking us through step-by-step, patiently testing layouts for a mix of physical ephemera and digital photos. Felt so fortunate that he also has an incredible eye for design and came up with creative suggestions and placement ideas we hadn’t thought of on our own. He was genuinely so thoughtful and cared just as much about the details as we did, giving us complete peace of mind for such an important project. If you need anything framed, be sure to go see Jonathan! And his team is just as kind and lovely!

I came to Framebridge to have three prints framed that my husband and I bought on our honeymoon in Ireland. Unfortunately, UPS lost the final framed pieces and the entire package (no fault of Framebridge!), so I reached out to Framebridge customer service for help. Their response completely blew me away. They offered to find and repurchase all three prints and reframe them for free. Keep in mind, we bought these prints from tiny, random shops all around Ireland, and their team actually took the time to track down and source every single one of them for us. I am truly blown away by the level of care and customer service throughout this entire experience. What could have been a heartbreaking loss of something so sentimental turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I’ll be a Framebridge customer for life!!! And a HUGE shoutout to Haley for going above and beyond to make sure we got our prints back. Thank you!! ❤️
