Stephon helped us with multiple orders! He is the best. He consistently went above and beyond through the whole process and all our pieces for our baby’s room turned out beautifully! Highly recommend this location and working with Stephon if you can because he is the nicest and an expert!

What a great experience we had with Stephon at Framebridge in Cobble Hill! Framing can be such a hassle—too many decisions and so expensive. Stephon was great—good eye for the look we were after and great sense of humor. Explained the process and the pricing up front, no surprises, and walked us through framing 7 pieces. Didn’t rush us and took the time to show us loads of options. Framebridge also makes the process pretty clear—base prices and what’s add on all that info right there! And the technology to see what it will look like is so helpful if you aren’t a framing expert. We will be back!

Always an incredible experience at Framebridge. Andie was so patient while we tried several different frame options and has a great eye for what will look most natural with your artwork. The quality of the frames is excellent! Definitely worth the cost.

Absolutely exceptional experience and Grace deserves every bit of recognition. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with Framebridge, and especially about Grace. From the very beginning, she was extraordinary. She was incredibly patient, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me bring my vision to life. What could have simply been a transaction became such a joyful and personal experience because of her. Grace took the time to understand what I was envisioning, walked me through the options with such care, answered every question, and never once made me feel rushed or like I was asking too much. She had an incredible eye for detail and an equally incredible ability to translate an idea in my head into something I could actually see and feel excited about. Her dedication and warmth made the entire process feel effortless. She went above and beyond in a way that is increasingly rare, and I left feeling not only thrilled with my piece, but genuinely excited about the entire experience of framing it. The Framebridge team was wonderful, but Grace truly made this experience outstanding. She is brilliant at what she does, and she deserves to be recognized for the care, patience, and excellence she brings to her work. I am utterly in love with my frame, but just as much, I am in love with the process that got me there. Grace, thank you for making something that could have been overwhelming feel easy, inspiring, and genuinely fun. You gave me the confidence to bring my vision to life, and I am so grateful. Framebridge, you have an absolute gem in Grace. Please give this woman all the flowers. 🌸
