He helped us choose frames that fit our style and also brought out the features of the art. We picked up the framed pieces today and they are stunning! Maybe this goes without saying but a custom frame is so much more beautiful looking than a store bought frame. We have also mailed in pieces before and had a great experience that way too, but going into the store if you can is really fun. Thanks Daniel and thanks Framebridge

Quality has gone downhill a lot, now you’re better off going to the independent framer down the street who actually cares about your piece and treats it with care. Had two pieces back to back be damaged in transit or maybe even in framing and they didn’t care enough to check before wrapping. One was reframed and they then damaged the actual artwork. Very little accountability from the store team for anything and feels disconnected from the neighborhood, a nice front for a cheap operation behind the scenes. Team is helpful and nice during the sales process but that’s the baseline.
