  I am extremely disappointed with how this delivery was handled. I placed the order the day before specifically for a birthday, and I expected a much higher level of care and communication from Edible Arrangements. The arrangement was left outside for hours without anyone knowing it was there. The driver did not call, ring the doorbell, or make any attempt whatsoever to notify us that the order had been delivered. Even worse, the website tracking was never updated, so I had no way of knowing the arrangement had arrived. This is completely unacceptable, especially for a birthday delivery containing fresh fruit that should not be left sitting outside for hours. When customers are paying for a special-occasion delivery, they should be able to rely on the order being handled properly and receive basic notification when it arrives. This experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing, and the delivery process and communication need serious improvement.

  This place is absolutely terrible. Placed an order for funeral service and the website showed that the order was received and they confirmed the delivery date. The delivery never went out no call no contact. This is unacceptable.

  I ordered chocolate dipped fruit for a friend in recovery and it was marked as delivered. Whoever delivered did call my friend, but never hand delivered the food. It wasn't found until 3 hours later, melted.

  I should've read the reviews before placing the order and using this particular location. I placed an order for a birthday delivery on May 9th. Its now May 10th and the order was not delivered. Called to get a status. No one answered the phone or returned my call. Now the delivery date and status is showing May 17th CRAZY WARNING DO NOT USE THE AVENUE N LOCATION IN BROOKLYN

  I did not receive what I ordered. My order did not contain a balloon or proper signature wrapping. The order was done sloppy, rushed, with no care. Icing letters on strawberry were piped with no precision and clear mistakes.There is a lack of professionalism and careless that was put into this order. No customer should be disappointed to this extent on a holiday for a loved one. Manager was unapologetic and took no accountability, claimed she saw nothing wrong. As you can see from mine and other reviews DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!
