  This is the second time i come to this location, and the store has its closed sign on but the hours show they’re meant to be open.

  Sam and his staff was a great help. I needed an order done fast and it was done for me I. Less than an hour. Great and professional service. Highly recommend.

  Seeing previous reviews made me nervous, but I decided to give this location a chance because the Mother’s Day Dipped Strawberries, Cheesecake, and Balloon Package seemed so cute and was the perfect size! My mom really likes it, thank you ❤️ They packed everything compactly for the Doordash pick-up and the balloon didnt match the order description, but that’s ok for us ~

  I ordered an arrangement for my friend they loved and was very happy. He said the fruit was very fresh and sweet looked bueatiful,juicy and delicious 😋

  Extremely disappointed and frustrated and horrible customer service. They forgot about my order and had it sitting in the refrigerator for hours and delivered it at almost 8pm. Way to ruin someone’s birthday. I’m upset that I could have used another business. I regret using Edible Arrangements, NEVER AGAIN. The tracker online said it was out for delivery since 2pm when I called the store at 3:30pm to check on it they said it was still in the store in the freezer and are still waiting for it to go out to delivery. I was upset and confused as it was a surprise for a birthday. I asked if they at least get it there by 6pm. They said yes they’ll let the deliver person know and it shouldn’t be a problem and they would call me when it goes out of the store. At 5:15pm I call back and they are CLOSED ( they never called me Back) so the corporate office lets me know it’s with a driver and they will contact me when delivering. At 6:15pm when the delivery person calls to let me know that they are running late because there was an accident and they can’t get there to at least another hour and they have another delivery before mine. It finally gets delivered at almost 7:30pm which doesn’t matter anymore because the Birthday person left at 6pm so they won’t get it for their birthday. And they commented on this publicly with an apology however when I called them like they asked they did nothing but say I’m sorry and notify that their guarantee is 8pm so they is nothing that can be done and will ask the store and get back to me. Never heard back. Stop wasting my time.
