    Absolutely terrible, I ordered for Mother’s Day 2 days in advance. My order was out for delivery since 12 o’clock and despite adding the extra guaranteed delivery charge. I called a few times and they ensured it was on the way but they were having truck issues. I waited and the arrangement never arrived. They didn’t answer the phone so I had to contact corporate to get my refund because they never delivered it or got in touch about anything. Would not recommend this location under any circumstance

    I had such a wonderful experience placing my order thanks to the gentleman named LUIS who helped me over the phone, this guy deserves a raise or a promotion. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely sweet throughout the entire process. He took his time, my card wasn’t working properly and he was so kind answered all of my questions without rushing me, and made sure everything was exactly right. You can truly tell when someone cares about their job and the customer, and he absolutely did. Customer service like this is rare and deserves to be recognized. Thank you for such a pleasant experience, I will definitely be ordering again. Thank you LUIS!

    350 Broadway, Brooklyn, NY 11211 If I could give this a negative 10 rating I would. I paid $100 + for this order and it was a waste. I ordered the Holly jolly arrangement for a birthday celebration. The website description states that this arrangement guarantees to make everyone hollier and jollier. But it wasn't Hollier or jollier experience for me. It was very disappointing and misleading. The chocolate on the covered strawberries tasted like cardboard, very nasty tasting. in addition to that the chocolate was very hard. The chocolate covered pineapples weren't ripe and very tasteless. The oranges weren't fresh or tasty and was chopped anyhow. The melon wasn't ripe. This was a great disappointment for me and my guest. It was the center piece for my celebration. My guest were very dissatisfied and the fruit was discarded due to the unappetizing taste. I would like a refund. I reach out to customer service support. I'm still waiting for a response.

    On Valentine’s Day I tried to order an amazing package with a beautifully teddy bear chocolate paying 115 dollars plus tax on February 14, 2025 at 1:00pm. Now on the website it states your order will be delivered a hour from placing order. I received the order after several calls today February 15, 2025 at 7:00pm and things were missing including the beat out the package abs substituted with some bean bag. This was so un acceptable bad customer service and not only did you ruin the person plans of 12 years celebrating with her new her new boyfriend the gift was not worth it for the money spent. I will be calling tomorrow February 16 2025 for my money refunded. Thank you for a clear disappointment Mr Lewis and the young lady I spoke the second day one tall store should be closed just for playing with people lives and money.
