My order was out for delivery since 12 o’clock and despite adding the extra guaranteed delivery charge. I called a few times and they ensured it was on the way but they were having truck issues. I waited and the arrangement never arrived. They didn’t answer the phone so I had to contact corporate to get my refund because they never delivered it or got in touch about anything. Would not recommend this location under any circumstance

This is their job and I paid $15 for delivery. And then Bianca had to call me 3 times for a $5 credit. THEY CAN KEEP THEIR $5. GROSS
