- TSTata StrataMay 12, 20261.0I’m highly disappointed, I’m calling the store for a refund and no one is answering, I sent an email and get no response. The delivery driver took my mother’s bday present and pretended to deliver it but instead took it away. I have the video to prove it. I spoke with someone at the store 2 times and they said they would deliver it but not anytime soon because other orders were more important.

First, they marked the package as "delivered" when it absolutely was NOT. They kept insisting they had proof but refused to email it to me despite me asking several times. I just wanted to see where it supposedly went and got nothing. The person I spoke with on Saturday kept saying he'd "check with the driver" and never did. He actually told me he was "too busy with other orders" as if I wasn't a paying customer too.I contacted Edible Arrangements corporate customer service and they were wonderful they even resubmitted my order. But now on Mother's Day evening, that order is still stuck on "Order Received" and the local store is closed. So my mother-in-law got nothing for Mother's Day thanks to this location. Save yourself the stress and RUN from this store. 0/10.
