  I had a very disappointing experience with this location. I placed an order for my daughter's birthday (which is today) that was supposed to be delivered at 6pm. The delivery driver began calling to deliver at 4pm. I told him the expectation was 6pm and that was daughter would not be home until that time. I received several calls and texts asking if she could get home earlier or if they could leave it with someone else, because the store was closing at 6pm. When I mentioned that I was told they would deliver anytime between 6-7pm, but 6pm would be fine - I was told the hours had been changed, and the person who took my order is a person in a call center in Pakistan and does not know their operating hours, although google also says they close at 7pm. I called the store to ask them to honor their commitment to deliver at 6pm and was told they needed to deliver before 6pm and they were sorry about the confusion. Although very disappointed, I ask them to cancel the order and the gentleman hung up on me. After a few calls, he did answer and said he would process a refund. This store is advertising the wrong hours, they offer bad customer service, they did not honor their commitment, and my daughter did not receive her birthday delivery. Please be careful doing business with this location. The agreement was they would call her between 5:45 and 6pm. I have the hours they advertised and shared with me when I made the order listed below. The location says the Pakistan call center is not aware that they've changed their hours. It is the store's responsibility to update their hours on the website and update their call center on their hours. In the end, my daughter and I were impacted. Very poor customer experience.

  I am only giving one start because I have to. There are no words to describe the disappointment with the customer service and order resolution by this store#788! My family recently suffered a great loss and friend ordered a gift platter from here to bring us some joy during this sad time in our lives. The order arrived at a time when we were gathering with family and could not be addressed sooner. We were pleasantly surprised to have received such a thoughtful gift. However, we were VERY disappointed with the product quality that this store had the nerve to have delivered! Since we were busy with family we took a picture of what was delivered to address at a later time. 6/29/26, multiple calls were made to store #788 and no one answered during business hours! I then decided to call the customer service and spoke with a rep who opened claim for me. I then received a call from a store manager name Sam, who I thought at the time was calling due to the open claim but that was not the case. Sam was calling back to due to the multiple calls I had placed to the store with no answer. I explained to Sam that because no one answered the phone at store #788, that ai decided to call customer service where the claim was opened. Sam, had no intentions on resolving my issue. I tried to explain to Sam that yes the order was delivered in 6/20/26 and due a death in family and dealing with that a call could not be made to complain on the quality of what was received and that is why I photo was taken as proof. Sam, would not listen to my valid reason and wanted to offer a replacement. I explained to him that I did not want a replacement from his store because of the quality of the first product received was embarrassing. I also, explained to him that I lived out of state and was leaving that day. Sam, would not listen to anything that I was explaining to him and still tried to offer a replacement. I said what was received was shameful and we wanted a refund. You could tell by Sam’s dismissive response that he was going to disconnect the call and he did, rudely. I tried calling back the store and he did not answer. A message was left stating how rude of him it was for him to hang up on a customer and was told this will go to corporate. I wanted to post some pictures as proof but couldn’t.
