Upon entering I had the pleasure of working with Joanne who was extremely patient, worked with me and came up with the perfect arrangement. The order was placed and I returned to pick it up. Joanne was not working on that day but Marlo knew exactly what to do. I left a happy customer. Unfortunately I relized I had left my phone and had to travel all the way back. I was ever so grateful that Marlo found it and put it in a safe place. Both Joanne and Marlo were an excellent example of how customer service should be and Im looking forward to purchasing with you again...Thank you guys so very much for making the presentation a great one.
