Overall a very subpar location. Staff are miserable and rude. Upper management/district managers should be ashamed of this store

Incredibly rude staff. The one worker was following me all around the store as if I was stealing but couldn’t even ask if I needed help. Then my card “declined” because I’m from out of town and it thought it was fraud as my purchase was $600. I just had to notify my bank this was a purchase being made by me and it went through. She was almost happy to tell me my card declined as if she thought I couldn’t afford it. Then an older lady asked if someone could go to the second floor to grab something for her and she was rude to her as well and unwilling to help. Seeing that made me even more upset. This kind of thing deters people from wanting to shop here. Do better!

It was on 09/22 around 3:30pm, I walked into the store, and the Black female sales person looked directly at me but completely ignored my presence. Her attitude came across as extremely arrogant and rude. I don’t understand why a store would employ someone with such dismissive, unprofessional behavior in a customer-facing position. An experience like this not only drives customers away but also damages the brand image.

I wanted to try on the clothes, which are incredibly expensive, by the way, and everything is awful. I bought three items and they were already hideous after the second wash.
