  Came here recently for a workout event and it was amazing! The view was incredible as was the workout. The instructor was clear and concise. Nothing but positive vibes throughout the whole experience!

  Whoever the Cashier was on Friday August 14th around 7:50 PM was incredibly rude! She legit threw my item across the counter at me. I knew that she was upset because the store was about to close but that’s no way to treat customers. I’ve worked retail I know it can be draining but you shouldn’t treat people like that. I was just trying to get a last minute birthday gift for my mom.

  It was fine, but I would like to see more clothing. I don't other than the usual pants and shirts for men.

  I had a really disappointing experience at the Alo store. The space itself is beautiful and the clothes look great, but the customer service completely ruined it for me. The staff came across as uninterested and in la la land. No one greeted me, offered help, or even acknowledged that I was there. When I did try to ask a question, it felt like I was inconveniencing them. 😡 For a brand that positions itself as premium, I expected a much higher level of service. Shopping in-store should feel welcoming and helpful, especially when you’re trying to figure out sizing or styles. Instead, I felt ignored and uncomfortable the entire time. I won’t be returning to this location. If you’re looking for good customer service, you’re better off going somewhere else.

  If I could leave negative stars I would. This is ridiculous. The staff is incredibly prejudiced and what I witnessed as a shopper turns me away from this brand eternally. They treated another shopper incredibly poorly.
