  This is one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had in recent memory, otherwise I wouldn’t take the time to write the review. I placed an order after specifically confirming the items were available that day at the store, and went out of my way to visit this store. Upon arrival, they told me that the pick-up order had not been processed and would not be available today. Meanwhile, the items are sitting in plain sight of myself and the staff, and yet they cannot get around their own bureaucracy to let me fulfill my order that way. I guess this twisted dystopian wellness-themed Catch 22 serves me right for supporting an establishment like ALO. Never again.

  It was fine, but I would like to see more clothing. I don't other than the usual pants and shirts for men.

  I had a really disappointing experience at the Alo store. The space itself is beautiful and the clothes look great, but the customer service completely ruined it for me. The staff came across as uninterested and in la la land. No one greeted me, offered help, or even acknowledged that I was there. When I did try to ask a question, it felt like I was inconveniencing them. 😡 For a brand that positions itself as premium, I expected a much higher level of service. Shopping in-store should feel welcoming and helpful, especially when you’re trying to figure out sizing or styles. Instead, I felt ignored and uncomfortable the entire time. I won’t be returning to this location. If you’re looking for good customer service, you’re better off going somewhere else.

  If I could leave negative stars I would. This is ridiculous. The staff is incredibly prejudiced and what I witnessed as a shopper turns me away from this brand eternally. They treated another shopper incredibly poorly.

  From the moment I walked in until I reached the register, the ladies were so helpful, welcoming, and down to earth. They greeted me warmly even though I walked in chatting on my phone, which I really appreciated. I honestly went in feeling a little nervous because of some of the bad reviews I had read beforehand, and I wasn’t sure what kind of experience I was going to have. Thankfully, my experience turned out to be completely different. I was able to exchange everything I wanted and also complete a return without any issues. The staff was patient, ready to assist, and made sure I was happy with my items before I left. It felt like they genuinely cared about providing good customer service and making customers feel comfortable. A positive experience can really change your perspective, and I’m glad I decided to go for myself instead of relying on reviews alone. Ladies, keep up the great work and continue providing that positive energy!
