- OAolga amayaMay 11, 20261.0My mother in law ordered chocolate covered strawberries and a cheesecake for me as a surpise.....for mother's day......for it to be delivered after 10pm and left at my door step overnight so I technically didn't get the delivery until 4 am when my spouse was going to work. I called at 10 am today and was nice and told I would get a fresh delivery.......ask me where is my delivery you ask nowhere to be found and it is currently 7:30pm THEY ARE CLOSED AND NO DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!! I will definitely be calling them back tomorrow and requesting a full refund to my mother in law and a definite social media blast as well as a formal complaint to corporate.

I will never order from this place again. You get a F. Waste of time and energy. Updated review: Mother’s Day gift ended up getting delivered on at 11 pm on Mother’s Day. Some of the items were missing(flowers+vase). I called the following day to get a refund. I inquired how long it will take for me to receive my refund. I was told by representative that she did not know and that manager would have to approve something. I was honestly confused so I opted to have remaining missing items delivered the following day after Mothers Day. I asked if items will be delivered on time and the rep told me yes. She even added additional strawberries which was nice. However, delivery arrived this time at 6:45pm. Overall, I rate service B minus/C plus.
