- DCDebra CardinoJun 30, 20261.0I am beyond disappointed with my experience with Edible Arrangements. My delivery was left sitting outside in the heat for three hours—completely unacceptable for perishable food. By the time it was brought inside, the arrangement had been exposed to heat far too long and was no longer in the condition it should have been. Bayport owner stated she called my niece several times and no call was made. Owner would not even get on the phone to discuss problem. What made this even worse was the complete lack of concern from both the store owner and corporate customer service. When I reached out looking for help, neither was willing to take responsibility or offer a meaningful solution. The owner was dismissive and unhelpful, and corporate was no better. For a company that prides itself on gifting and customer satisfaction, and state if your not completely satisfied you will be reimbursed 100% the service was shockingly poor. If something goes wrong, don’t expect accountability or support. Between the careless delivery and terrible customer service, I will never order from Edible Arrangements again
