- HIHertel Home Consignment Inc.Dec 18, 20251.0How terrible they aren't open for Christmas shopping! They lost my $$ I walked up to the door on Niagara Falls blvd. at 8:12pm on 12/18/2025. Most retail stores are at least open until 9pm. They must not be able to get ppl to work?
- STSimi TaheemDec 4, 20231.0Not friendly staff. Had hard time at check out. Charged extra for the items did not apologize for their mistake.
- GAGenevieve AndersonOct 8, 20235.0Excellent experience! Friendly helpful staff and manager. Clean fitting rooms. Lots of selection. Half price!
- CSCarmen SchaffDec 7, 20225.0Staff at this location are incredible! I went in looking for a sweater with my two young children. It wasn’t in stock, but they were able to order it online for me. Athena was so patient and kind with my 3 year old. She kept her distracted with stickers so I could have time to complete the transaction. This time of year can be really chaotic and busy. It truly warmed my heart as a mom of little ones to have the help!
