- TKTerri KasprzakJul 4, 20262.0Normally a really nice store. Today I went to return shoes and was treated rudely. I admit it was close to closing time but I’ve worked in retail so I know staying open to the advertised time is important, apart from emergencies. Twelve minutes to closing I was walking up to the store and a staff member came to each double door and locked them. I called out “excuse me” but was ignored. Another staff member was watching from the window. Maybe she didn’t see or hear me but the other one did. If they really had to close early, I can accept it politely. I’m not okay with how I was treated. 🙁
