- DWDerek WaddellAug 28, 20265.0I try and visit all the stores I can across the country.
- SSSpeedleoAug 26, 20265.0The staff members were extremely friendly, answered all questions, and even showed me the new Pokemon sets that can be interacted with. I was given a whole demo of the Pokemon fighting. They were also ready to answer questions about anything in case I had any. Even though I didnt buy anything or even plan on buying anything, I found myself not wanting to leave thanks to the friendly atmosphere and great staff! I was given a whole demo where I had a Pokemon Battle with Pokemon Legos. I was given explainations for type matchups, how the smart bricks work and what they're compatible with, and I even received a little berry that works with the interactive pokemon for when I buy a set. I had walked into the store only to catch a special Pikachu in Pokemon GO, but ended up staying for an amazing shopping experience. My little Lego Squirtle may have lost, But this Lego Store has certainly won me over as a new customer.
- HMhaseeb modiJul 17, 20265.0Very lively place with cheery staff. Very good collection for Lego hobbyists. They also have Technic. Cars to Castles to cute Keychains, Lego pens and many other varieties in super heroes, Star Wars, racers and whatnot. The billing lady was quite humourous and the lady at the entrance was quite welcoming.
- RMRayan MohamedJun 24, 20265.0Went in for a graduation gift and Phil was a very nice and helpful employee. Very welcoming and explained everything to us that we weren’t sure about as first timers with legos.
- AMAlexander MorinMay 30, 20265.0Amazing experience at Crossgates Lego! Many thanks to Debbie F. who was friendly and knowledgeable about all things brick related. If you’re in Crossgates and are a Lego fan this store is worth a visit!
