    I had worst experience at this particular location. I had to return a defective item and the person at customer service has a very bad attitude. He started lecturing me on what I should or should not do or which store I should go. It is none of his business to do that and I would expect him to provide proper service after having spent so much on these defective expensive sunglasses. Save your money and buy them directly from manufacturer. You will have better product and better customer service.

    Went in today to look at glasses. Didn't find exactly what I was looking for, but when I pulled out my old glasses, the tall, young, blond gentleman (sorry, didn't get a name) offered to adjust them. He made them better than when I purchased them, and even helped out with a case. I didn't purchase anything today, but I will absolutely return to this location for the excellent customer service!
