  I had a deeply disappointing experience at Lululemon that completely changed my perception of the brand. I visited the store to return a pair of leggings purchased just two days earlier. I had the tag with me, though it was no longer attached, and expected a reasonable, respectful conversation. Instead, the interaction was handled with unnecessary hostility. Before I was even helped, I witnessed the team lead on duty (blonde hair pulled back) speak curtly to the gentleman ahead of me regarding a separate issue. When it was my turn, another associate kindly assisted me and called the team lead over. From the moment she approached, her tone was dismissive, cold, and confrontational. Rather than explaining policy professionally, she immediately escalated the interaction and spoke to me in a way that felt degrading and disrespectful. I understand stores have return policies, and I respect that. What is unacceptable is treating customers with contempt. Luxury pricing should come with a higher standard of customer service, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. Unfortunately, this experience reflected none of those qualities. I have shopped with Lululemon before and generally enjoyed the brand, which made this experience even more disappointing. Due to the poor treatment I received, I will not be returning to this location or spending my money with the company again.

  This place has become a home away from home for me. Apart of my family. A few weeks ago, my mother in law passed away. She was hit by a snowplow which was really tragic, especially because it was July. Anyways, my mother in law LOVED Lulu's Lemons. She would always wear their gear while she jogged in the street (which, unfortunately, was a part of her demise [but that's not Lulu's Lemon's fault]). I got this sudden urge to check out one of the establishments at my local mall. Was it her spirit guiding me there? Was it the universe herself pulling me on its invisible string? I don't know, but I wandered into Lucy's Lemons and looked around the store. This amazing employee named Riley came up and asked if I needed help. I remembered my MIL and started to cry. Riley sat with me for 45 minutes and provided comfort (all while efficiently cashing other customers out). We exchanged stories about my mother in law because it turned out she knew her too. I have never seen such customer service from a store, but I am so glad I got to witness it. Now once a month I go back into the store, not just to shop their fairly priced deluxe goods, but to really connect with the employees. Riley is so humble that she may act like this never happened if approached, but know it did. Thank you to the wonderful people at Lucious Lemons!

  Staff is rude. Bothered doing their jobs. Unpleasant. Several visits and different people just rude.
