  Mo at Crossgates is fantastic. As a busy working mom I haven’t worn a properly fitted bra in decades. She fit me walked around the different selections and asked questions to recommend the styles to try. She hit the nail on the head. I walked out feeling excited to wear my clothes again and feeling confident in my skin! Truly all the women were pleasant and helpful. Can’t wait to come back next month with my rewards 🙂

  I drove 2 hours to find bras that would fit me without breaking the bank, first of all the staff were amazing and incredibly kind and supportive, having an unusual frame to chest ratio I've not had a bra that fit properly in TEN YEARS. They do measurements- and work with you to find exactly what you need. I felt safe, accepted and understood. Highly recommend . Will absolutely be coming here more in the next future ! After I bought my bras, I put one on before I left and they all complimented how much beer it was and I felt it! 10/10. These ladies are GOLD!

  The women here are sooo helpful and don't give up until you find something that fits well and makes you feel good. We come back whenever we're in town to see Mo. She's a miracle worker!

  About a month ago I went in for the first time to get fitted for a bra! Going here was definitely the best choice I could’ve made! At first I purchased my bras online during a sale, I didn’t know my size but wanted to wing it and anticipated doing an exchange regardless. After receiving them, some fit some didn’t, so I went in person to store #6304 in Crossgates. The first encounter I had was amazing. She measured me and asked me how I liked any of the bras I had ordered so she could help me based on that. She found my perfect size, then ordered me a few different bras in the colors I wanted and had them shipped into store. I regret not getting her name, she was younger and just so so sweet and relatable which made me feel so much more comfortable! THEN on Monday, April 27th I stopped in to pick up my exchange bras and had another wonderful set of women help me out. They made sure I tried my bras on while I was there to guarantee they did fit, and then also helped me find another bra my size to purchase while I was there and helped with the discount! I believe there names were Tieara & Shieda. ❤️ I’m a procrastinator so I told them I would write this for them and then kept forgetting… But I hope they see this and I hope Lane Bryant knows just how wonderful their staff has been! Good staff always deserve recognition or they may feel unappreciated, and these ladies deserve all the appreciation. Thank you guys. ❤️

  Service was great. The store is Thick girl friendly. Definitely would recommend to friends and family
