Hannoush is The Bomb! I have been going there over 30 years and every experience has been nothing less than exceptional! There work is pristine! They have created beautiful pieces for me from family heirlooms as well as providing quality jewelry for myself and my family for years! Zeeah (sp?) is my favorite as well as they are all well-trained professionals and make you feel like family when you walk through the door ! I would never go anywhere else ! Cathy W - Colonie

I worked with India and she was very helpful. A stone fell out of my engagement ring and they were able to have it fixed within less than a week, which was shorter than their 2-3 week estimate. We got my husband’s wedding band as well as my own wedding band and each time was a positive experience, including this time! Thank you, India and team!

The environment of the Wolf Road store was perfect. Very peaceful and well organized. The staff were excellent. My particular consultant, Naim Nammour was very helpful, as I worked through my specific project.

I have been a customer of Hannoush for quite a few years now and the reason I keep coming back is their terrific customer service. Today, India and Elias were wonderful, per the usual. Cannot recommend these lovely people highly enough.

The service has always been great. I have bought two watches and a ring here and most recently came in to get a battery changed. India was super nice and showed me around while my watch was getting service. I always look forward to coming in!
