  I needed to have 2 rings re-sized. As always, I was treated with friendly professionalism. Rings were ready before promised and the workmanship was incredible. I could not even tell where they were re-sized. They were cleaned and sparkling. Hannoush is my ONLY Jewler!

  Albert and his team are simply the best in the business! Their caring nature and dedication to serving their customers is truly remarkable. I moved out of NY 16 years ago and I will forever remain a Hannoush customer (and fan) regardless of where I am living.

  Brittany was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process of helping my partner and me find the perfect engagement ring. We actually got really lucky—she doesn’t usually work the sales floor, but she stepped in during a busy time when we first came in, and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide us. You can tell she genuinely loves what she does by the way she makes her customers feel—valued, comfortable, and excited. She shared in our happiness and made this special milestone even more meaningful for us. If you’re lucky enough to work with Brittany, her exceptional service alone will keep you coming back. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

  My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience here, all thanks to Brittany. Even though it was a busy day, she locked right in with us and made us feel like we were her only priority. She walked us through every step of the process, making everything seamless, easy, and stress-free. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in what she does. The rest of the staff seamed genuine as well, greeting us even if they weren’t directly helping us , 10/10 Highly recommend!
