  Hannoush Jewelers was excellent to work with. My sales representative, Elias, was very kind and attentive, making the whole sales process wonderful. I brought my girlfriend, and soon to be fiancée, in to shop for engagement rings and he was happy to answer all her questions and provide insightful recommendations. Overall I was very happy with the experience and will be sure to return for any future needs.

  On my recent visit to Hannoush Jewelers on Wolf Road, my goal was to discuss resetting the marquis diamond in my wedding ring. Hannoush has reset rings for me prevously, and my husband & I go there for all of our jewelry. During this visit, we had the pleasure of working with Elie Mouakar. Elie is not only a sales specialist, he is a jeweler as well so he is very knowlegable about stones, settings, etc. He brought out a setting for me to try with my diamond that I would've never thought to try. It's beautiful! Elie took the time to explain different options & discuss the quality of my diamond - answered all of our questions. Such a great experience all around & I can't wait to pick up my new ring!

  For our 10th wedding anniversary my wife wanted to upgrade her wedding ring. I will admit this gave me a lot of anxiety, after all the original ring wasn't exactly cheap. We went to another famous jewelry store to see about modifying the current ring or perhaps getting a new one. We walked out just as confused as when we walked in. Then we decided to go to Hannoush. We were greeted by Elie who put us right at ease. As he patiently walked us through our options I told him up front what our modest budget was. Eventually, with Elie's help, my wife found the combination of diamond and setting that she loved; a ring that really impressed me and seemed way beyond anything I was expecting. I, of course, feared that what was happening was what all sales people do... get my wife hooked on a ring and then reveal that of course this was way out of our budget. Elie whipped out his charts and calculator and revealed a price that was actually within our budget! I cannot describe the wave of relief that came over me. To make things even better, Elie knew that we were going out of town to celebrate our 10th, and completely exceeding my expectations, had the ring crafted, sized and fitted two weeks early so that we would have it for the special day. Just a fantastic experience over all. I even got to meet Mr. Hannoush and what a pleasant gentleman. I could not recommend this place more!
