  I can’t recommend Marcel and the Frank Adams team in Albany enough. My fiancée (now wife) and I first stopped in to look at wedding gifts for each other - earrings for her and a watch for me. From our first visit, Marcel was welcoming, patient, and attentive, and went out of his way to make the experience as personal and enjoyable as possible. We greatly appreciated the time he took to answer our questions and the knowledge he shared about each showcase - especially since we arrived 30 minutes before close on our first visit (not realizing at the time!). I particularly appreciated learning about the unique Grand Seiko Spring Drive movement and the historical significance of the Rolex Submariner. Although we didn’t make a purchase on our first visit, Marcel remained responsive and helpful over email, and didn’t pressure us to buy. Over the following two weeks, I returned on multiple occasions to look at various pieces. As a result of Marcel’s suggestions and continued guidance, I landed on a pair of diamond earrings for my wife, and she gifted me a Grand Seiko that I absolutely love. We each wore our respective gifts on our wedding day and have continued to wear them at every opportunity since. My best man also greatly appreciated the David Yurman bracelet Marcel helped me pick out. Although I worked directly with Marcel, the entire Frank Adams team was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional, and made the overall experience one my wife and I won’t forget. The showroom was immaculate and offered an extensive selection of high-end jewelry and luxury watches. Overall, 10/10 experience, and I look forward to working with Marcel and the Frank Adams team again in the near future!

  I needed a pair of rings joined together. The finished product was beautiful! Exactly what I was looking for. I have done business with Frank Adams Jewelers for over 50 years and I have never been disappointed.

  I got three rings resized and fixed up and they got everything done quickly and the rings look even better than before. Their customer service was amazing as well. Cannot recommend them enough!

  I have gotten several items here for my wife. Staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Frank Adams is my preferred jeweler in the capital region and always my first (and so far) only stop when jewelry shopping for my wife.

The staff took the time to answer my questions without any pressure, making the entire experience enjoyable and comfortable. As an authorized dealer, they have an impressive selection of luxury watches, and it was great to see such a wide variety of exceptional timepieces in person. Whether you’re a seasoned collector or purchasing your first luxury watch, they make the experience memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future.
