  We purchased a David Yurman ring at your Steuyvesant Plaza location a few years ago. The current value of that ring is now $2,225. After a while the ring was too small so I took it back to ask them to size it for me and the saleswoman said that there was no way they could do that for me. I was not expecting them to do it for free. Just recently I took the same ring to Joyelle Jewelers in Delmar. They were amazed that Adam’s wouldn’t help me. Within a week they had the job done and they did an amazing job. The ring looks better than it did when new and I’m so pleased to be wearing it again!

  Amber is an expert. I brought in my favorite silver chain for repair, Amber had the expertise to explain exactly what needed to be done and how to do it and improve it so it would be break again. It was steady in half the time expected.

  Excellent customer service and great attention to details. I had a great experience at Frank Adams Jewelers in Albany. This is a long standing, family owned jeweler known for its quality craftsmanship and strong reputation in the Capital Region. The store itself is newly built gorgeous and has a beautiful selection and clearly takes pride in offering high end pieces along with expert service and repairs. What really stood out was the customer service. Billie Jo and Matthew Terrell were both incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to work with. They took the time to answer questions, made the whole process comfortable, and showed genuine care in helping me find exactly what I needed. Overall, I’d highly recommend Frank Adams if you’re looking a Rolex for any other quality jewelry and a team that truly values customer experience.
