Happened to be in Albany for a conference and saw that Frank Adams was an AD for Grand Seiko. Man, am I glad I stopped in. Not only did they have a fantastic selection of Grand Seiko pieces, they had a large collection of preowned Rolexes (if that’s your thing). And, most importantly, the staff: they were fantastically welcoming and knowledgeable and made me feel right at home even though I had never set foot in their store. It was a far cry from the Buffalo AD for Rolex in terms of service. Overall, amazing service and amazing selection. I look very forward to doing a lot of business with Frank Adams in the future.
